Process for Return:
- Contact Procurights Customer Service:
- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Customer service will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship the returned item(s) to the designated address provided by customer service.
Process of Refund:
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 30 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
